We offer FREE standard Royal Mail delivery within the mainland UK. This normally takes 2-3 business days to get to you though it can take up to 10 days. Please be patient as this is a service provided by Royal Mail and not directly within our control.
We currently have the following options for shipping:
1) UK Mainland – Royal Mail Standard Delivery. This is a non-tracked service and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but is generally around 2-3 business days – FREE for all orders.
2) UK Highlands and Islands – Royal Mail Standard Delivery. This is a non-tracked service and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but is generally around 3-7 business days – £6.00 for all orders.
If you enter the wrong delivery address during the ordering process, your product may not be deliverable. If the items are undeliverable, HAZZRA reserves the right to charge another delivery fee to resend. Please do type carefully (we’ve all done it)!
No, unfortunately this isn’t an option at the moment. However, we’re on a mission to constantly improve our offering, therefore international shipping might become an option in the future! If you’d like us to offer this, let us know, and we’ll add your thoughts to our plans!
Our UK delivery service typically takes around 2-3 business days.
Please note, however, that it can take up to 3 weeks depending on your local sorting office, over which HAZZRA has no control once your order is shipped from our premises. We therefore kindly ask that you allow up to 3 weeks from the shipment date before contacting us.
Please take care when ordering as we cannot make amendments or cancel orders if you have received you order confirmation. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
HAZZRA reserves the right to charge a fee to re-ship any goods that are returned as undeliverable.
Every HAZZRA product is fully checked for damage and faults before being shipped, but in the unlikely event your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue for you.
All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. If your product is faulty or damaged please include a copy of your postage receipt in any returned packages. If the product is deemed faulty after we review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you.
You can return any HAZZRA product for a full refund up to 30 days after you receive the item. We only refund items that are in their original condition and unused. Any items that are returned smelling of smoke, body odour, or which are soiled or have animal hair on them will not be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee to return such items to you.
When you return products for a refund it’s your responsibility to make sure the product reaches us. If you want to easily track your return then we recommend that you send it by recorded delivery.
HAZZRA does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
If you have returned an item to us, it will usually take 7-12 days for us to receive it. This is dependent on the shipping service you use. After we receive the item the refund process takes about 2-3 days to complete, at which point you will be notified by email.
If you have not received your refund within 15 days of sending the package back to us, please contact us.
It’s worth bearing in mind that there’s usually a decent amount of stretching available in our clothing, but if you’re in doubt, we recommend sizing-up to the next size. Never size down if you want the most comfortable fit!
The products we advertise on this website may change occasionally. Typically, we stock products that are popular with our customers and may discontinue any products that prove less popular. However, if you love something and you can’t find it on here, let us know!
We don’t currently offer discount codes for our products. However, we love feedback on this kind of stuff, so if you have any feelings on discount codes or any other area of the HAZZRA offering, please do not hesitate to contact us!
We sometimes run bundle offers such as ‘buy two items for £x’, or ‘buy one, get one at £x’. If two items are purchased under such an offer and one item is returned, the item you keep will be chargeable at its full price with the refund amount given for the difference. Our bundle offers are only applicable on an entire order.
